Running late?
Please call to let us know at 310-434-0044. We only run late when you are late. If you are running more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, chances are we will either need to reschedule or your appointment time will be cut back and services will be lost. Your appointment will be lost 10 minutes after your appointment time. After 10 minutes we will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available time slot. Please try to be on time, or plan to leave 15 minutes earlier. Los Angeles traffic is unpredictable, but we are all aware of this.
