What is a Stem Cell (Fat Tranfer) Face Lift?
The fat transfer stem cell face lift is a less invasive alternative to traditional face lifts. During this procedure fat is taken from the abdomen, outer thigh or “love handle” area and relocated via injection to the areas of the face that are in need of rejuvenation. Fat can be used to fill in depressions, add volume, and fill scars or acne pitting. There is no risk of immune reaction to the procedure since the fat comes from your own body.
Using the latest fat grafting techniques, we are able to restore the brow, the entire eye region, cheeks and the mouth and jawline. Since fat transfer is minimally invasive the recovery time is usually only two to five days versus ten to fourteen days for a traditional face lift.

What is the standard Stem Cell Face Lift procedure?
The Fat Transfer and Stem Cell Face Lift procedure is an outpatient procedure that takes only one hour to complete. A local anaesthetic is administered prior to the procedure. The “donor” area is then cleaned and prepped. The fat is removed using small syringes, then is processed and concentrated making it possible to extract the stem cells from the rest of the fatty tissue. The fat is then re-injected to the designated recipient area through a small needle puncture.
