Procedure
There are two types of implants we use to perform breast augmentation: breast implants (silicone or saline) and fat transfer.
If you’ve decided to add a breast lift procedure to your augmentation, we can use one of three methods: A Donut Mastopexy, a Lollipop Breast Lift, or an Inverted T “Anchor” Lift.
Breast Augmentation Timeline
It can take up to 4 days to finalize plans for your breast augmentation surgery.
On average, it takes less than 2 hours to perform the surgery. This time can vary depending on individual traits, or if you opt to receive multiple surgeries simultaneously.
All Younique patients must wear a supportive bra after breast augmentation in Santa Monica. If post-operative pain arises, we may suggest an approved pain medication. As long as you wear the supportive bra, swelling and bruising should subside within a week. Most of our patients can resume daily activities within 3 to 5 days.
