Consultation

Procedure
Depending on the results of your consultation, 1 of our 5 tummy tuck procedures will be chosen:

You’ll receive general anesthesia, and the surgery will take between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the extent of the procedure. The incisions will be closed with sutures, and a compression garment will be applied to aid in healing.
Recovery
You can expect to experience some discomfort, swelling, and bruising in the days following the procedure. We will provide you with pain medication and instructions for care, and we will schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress.
Most patients are able to return to work within 2 to 4 weeks following the procedure, depending on the extent of the surgery and the nature of your job. It is important to avoid strenuous activity and heavy lifting for at least 6 weeks after the procedure to allow your body to heal properly.
