The surgery center within each Younique location provides advanced cosmetic surgical choices for patients and high-tech, comfortable surgical facilities for visiting doctors to perform surgical aesthetic procedures for their patients.
Med Spa
Our med spa services provide nonsurgical, minimally-invasive, or noninvasive choices for patients to enhance their aesthetic presentation, and enjoy living life to the fullest in their own skin.
Dermatology
Dr. Youssef and his staff of licensed and accredited providers help patients address skin issues and improve skin health though both surgical and nonsurgical procedures and through medical-grade skincare products.

A Younique History
Dr. Youssef is an honors graduate from the University of California Irvine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.
He has been an active member of:American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Youssef started his life’s work as an OBGYN. In 2003, shifts in the industry led him to pursue new training in the arts of aesthetics, plastic surgery, and health & wellness. Dr. Youssef started a new practice in 2004, opening his flagship Santa Monica offices. In 2021, he opened the second Younique Surgery Center and Med Spa facility in Oxnard, CA. He is also a surgeon for and creator of the Transgender Surgery Institute of Southern California.
Our two locations in Santa Monica and Oxnard serve those cities along with Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the surrounding areas. We also cater to patients from around the country—and the world—for their cosmetic surgery needs.

I take all my sedation cases to Dr. Youssef’s wonderful surgery center, with his amazing team of nurses, scrub technicians, and nurse anesthetists (who I by far prefer as they are safer, less arrogant, and more reliable than the centers I have been to before). The anesthesia care is great, and where possible we prefer to use non-narcotic analgesia, and we ALWAYS use Exparel, a long-acting (3 days!!!) local anesthetic that leaves people almost pain free (slight discomfort).

Dr. Youssef and his staff were incredible. They walked me through the entire process and answered all the questions that I had. The procedure was completely painless- this is coming from someone who has a needle phobia. I had very minimal swelling/bruising and started seeing results 24 hours after getting the procedure done. I’m now two weeks post procedure and obsessed with my results. Jeuveau has given me a completely refreshed look and has taken a few years off my face! I will definitely be back for more!
