Our process begins with a consultation with one of our licensed Younique providers. During this meeting, we discuss your concerns, medical history, and goals for surgery. Treatment
To start, your Younique provider will cleanse the injection site. Next, using a 30G mesotherapy needle, they will gently inject CO2 gas beneath the skin for either subcutaneous or intradermal positioning. It’s possible you may feel slight processing during this process, but most patients find the procedure painless.
Recovery
You may experience a warm and tingling sensation in the treatment area for up to 24 hours post treatment. This is caused by improved circulation and blood flow, and shouldn’t hinder you from continuing your daily routine. There may be bruising at the injection site(s), but this usually clears up within 7 to 10 days. Avoid submerging the area in water for 24 hours following the procedure; lukewarm showering is fine.

Why would my circulation benefit from carboxytherapy?
Carboxytherapy is an FDA-approved treatment that helps address circulation issues, especially when subcutaneous capillaries become dormant as we age.
