Dr. Youssef is an honors graduate from the University of California Irvine and has been an active member of:

American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic SurgeryAmerican Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Youssef started his life’s work as an OBGYN. In 2003, shifts in the industry led him to pursue new training in the arts of aesthetics, plastic surgery, and health & wellness. Dr. Youssef started a new practice in 2004, the beginning of something truly beautiful—figuratively and literally.

Dr. Youssef is a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and a well-known expert in laser liposculpture. He is also an international guest speaker for various companies, a trainer for Allergan and Galderma, and a published medical author.

Dr. Youssef started opened his flagship Santa Monica offices in 2004, as the start of his career in medical aesthetics. In 2021, he opened the second Younique Surgery Center and Med Spa facility in Oxnard, CA.
