Procedure
There are two types of implants we use to perform breast augmentation: breast implants (silicone or saline) and fat transfer.
If you’ve decided to add a breast lift procedure to your augmentation, we can use one of three methods: A Donut Mastopexy, a Lollipop Breast Lift, or an Inverted T “Anchor” Lift.
Breast Augmentation Timeline
It can take up to 4 days to plan breast augmentation. We discuss and finalize all the necessary details. After, we performed the surgery.
Surgery time may vary across patients depending on individual traits. On average, it can take less than 2 hours to perform the surgery. This time can vary if you opt to receive multiple surgeries simultaneously.
All Younique patients must wear a supportive bra after breast augmentation in Santa Monica. If post-operative pain arises, we will suggest an approved pain medication. As long as you wear the supportive bra, swelling and bruising begin to subside within a week. Recovery time can take about a week, and most of our patients return to work in 3 to 5 days.
