Procedure
The Younique brow lift is an outpatient procedure that is done with either IV sedation or general anesthesia. We favor endoscopic brow lifts; unlike traditional lifts, they avoid long forehead incisions and visible scarring. This advanced method uses small hairline incisions to release the tightened muscles that cause wrinkles and frown lines. Finally, your provider pulls the skin up to the desired position and sutures the skin in place.
Recovery
You’ll likely experience mild to moderate discomfort for a few days following surgery. To reduce swelling, keep your head up and use ice packs. Avoid any strenuous activity for 2 weeks. Most patients resume work within 10-14 days. It will take several weeks to see the full, lifting results of your brow lift.
