Procedure
We begin by cleaning the treatment area to remove any makeup as needed. This innovative treatment carefully heats the upper dermis, the middle layers of your skin, encouraging collagen growth while minimizing pores—all in just 30 minutes! The treatment also addresses small facial capillaries, reducing redness. Most patients describe how the laser feels like a warm facial that leaves them with bright, smooth, and beautiful-looking skin.
Recovery
You may experience some redness or skin irritation after your Laser Genesis treatment, but this will fade within a few hours. There’s no downtime, so you can return to your regular activities after the procedure. We recommend staying out of the sun and using a broad-spectrum (UVA/UVB) sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage. Lastly, avoid skin irritants like retinol, benzoyl peroxide, astringents, etc., for a few days following your treatment.
