Consultation

Our process begins with a consultation with one of our licensed Younique providers. During this meeting, we discuss your concerns, medical history, and goals for surgery. If we determine that mole removal in Santa Monica is the perfect fit for you, we can schedule your treatment.

Procedure

Your Younique provider will choose the proper technique to treat your mole based on its type and location. After thoroughly cleansing the area, they will apply a local anesthetic. Depending on the treatment, they will partially or completely remove the mole.

Recovery

Although there is no downtime following any of our mole removal techniques, healing time will vary. Most mole removal treatments require 7 to 10 days of healing. During that time, we recommend avoiding swimming pools, hot tubs, or any place where the wound could be fully submerged in water. You can shower the day following your biopsy. Avoid participating in activities that may rub or irritate the wound, including scratching or rubbing the removal site.
