Can I use in conjunction with other discounts?
You can still enjoy additional discounts with Evolus, Allē, Aspire, and Xperience+. Not to be combined with any other in-office promos.
What happens when the honeymoon phase is over?
We’ll assume you’re ready for a long-term relationship. However, once your commitment period ends, renewal is required to continue enjoying your benefits. After renewal, the membership cannot be canceled mid-term.
What happens to my banked cash if I cancel my membership?
Don’t worry! Your money is still available for future use. However, you will no longer be able to take advantage of membership discount pricing or receive unused free treatments.
What if I don't use all of my free treatments?
Unfortunately, your free treatments expire at the end of your commitment period. We recommend taking full advantage of your perks!
Can I switch membership tiers?
If you choose to switch tiers, your commitment will start over at the time of switching. To switch tiers- please contact us 30 days prior to your next payment.
Can I start using my perks the day I sign up?
Yes, you can start using your benefits immediately!
What if my services cost more than what I have in my bank?
Your banked amount will be applied and any balance due is owed the day of the service.
Can I use my bank for anything other than treatments or products?
No, banked cash may only be used toward treatments and products. It cannot be applied to gift card purchases, redeemed for cash, or refunded.
How often can I redeem my free treatment?
No more than 1 free treatment can be redeemed per month.
