Consultation
During this one-on-one, we will discuss your concerns, your goals for treatment, and your medical history. If your provider determines that an Arm Lift is the best option for your goals, your surgery can be scheduled, and you’ll be filled in on the pre-surgery preparation details.

Recovery
- You’ll need to have transportation to and from the surgery center arranged. Expect not to be able to drive a car for 5 to 10 days after your surgery.
- There will be substantial dressings covering your closed incision which will need to be changed frequently. You’ll wear a special compression garment to minimize swelling and discomfort.
- Arm lift recipients usually return to work after 2 to 3 weeks.
